Gianni Spinella

Hi there! I’m Gianni Spinella, the Intake Coordinator here at You First Integrative Wellness. I just recently obtained my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The College of New Jersey, where I previously earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My background includes experience working with individuals navigating substance use, psychosis, and mood-related challenges—experiences that have deeply shaped my approach to supporting others.

As the Intake Coordinator, I’m often one of the first people you’ll speak with when you reach out for support. I understand how important that first step can be, and my goal is to make the process feel welcoming, simple, and supportive. Whether you’re exploring services for the first time or returning to care, I’m here to help guide you toward the right fit for your needs.

I’m passionate about integrating both mind and body in the healing process, and I draw on a range of approaches in my work—from mindfulness-based stress reduction to motivational interviewing and narrative techniques. I truly believe everyone has a story worth telling, and I’m here to help you begin yours with us in a safe, compassionate space.
