If you’re feeling disconnected from your body, stuck in cycles of stress, or craving a more grounded relationship with yourself, these sessions are for you. Each 60-minute session is designed to help you move, breathe, and rest in ways that restore balance.

With mindful sequencing and trauma-informed guidance, you’ll learn how to build strength, improve mobility, and regulate your nervous system, all at a pace that honors your unique body and energy.

Why Movement Matters

Your body holds every experience you’ve ever had. Through gentle, intentional movement, you can begin to release what’s been stored, calm your mind, and rediscover a sense of ease. These sessions help you:

What to Expect

Every session is personalized for your needs and intentions. No experience is required, and all bodies are welcome.

Pop-Up Group Classes are $15 per Person

Movement & Mindfulness Private Sessions

Each 60-minute session is rooted in mindful sequencing and trauma-informed care, designed to support your body and meet you exactly where you are. Whether you want to release tension, reconnect with your body, or deepen your yoga and mobility practice, this space is yours.

Private Session (1 person): $75 for 60 minutes
Couples or Partner Session (2 people): $100 for 60 minutes
Small Group Private Session (3–5 people): $25 per person

Package options are available for ongoing sessions and deeper support.

Meet Daria

Daria Tavana (she/they) is a trauma-informed vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga facilitator, personal trainer, and vegan nutrition coach who views intentional movement as a form of collective care and liberation. Her teaching blends mindful movement with functional strength, offering space to explore challenge and rest. Daria is passionate about expanding access to yoga through her work with the Prison Yoga Project, where she shares trauma-informed practices with people who have been systematically excluded from healing spaces.
